Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receipt of the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
PTo start a return, you can contact us at sellfluence.co@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and rectify it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (such as food, flowers or plants), personalised products (such as special orders or personalised items) and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for discounted items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Condition of products
For a return to be approved, it must meet the following conditions simultaneously:
- be in perfect condition (no scratches or signs of use)
- be shipped in its original packaging.
If one of these conditions is not met, the refund will not be considered valid and will not be approved. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
Reimbursements
We will notify you once we have received and inspected the return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
On our part, the money will be refunded within 30 working days.
