Warranty

WARRANTY TERM: 24 months from the date of purchase SELLFLUENCE S.R.L., with CIF: RO42854467, undertakes to replace the consumer / buyer the defective product during the warranty period, provided that the instructions for use and maintenance are followed. It is not necessary to keep this warranty certificate. It is sufficient to present a proof of purchase (the invoice can be found in your account), or an order number. This warranty does not apply:

1. for consumables, such as batteries or protective coatings, which are designed to diminish over time, unless the failure occurred due to defects in materials or workmanship;
2. for cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and cracked plastic, unless the defect occurred due to defects in materials or workmanship.
3. for damage caused by accidents, misuse or abuse, fire, contact with liquids, earthquakes or other external causes;
4. for damage caused by using the product without following the manual and technical specifications;
5. for interventions, or damage caused by repairs carried out by persons who are not Sellfluence® representatives;
